Michelle Dini believes in a concierge approach to customer service. A meticulous professional who enjoys working with clients to meet their day-to-day personal financial needs. She is committed to ensuring that clients’ requests are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Michelle has more than 30 years of financial services experience, including over 20 years with Merrill Lynch. A gifted troubleshooter with a strong background in research and client communication, she oversees all administrative and operational matters for NavaSync and our clients. Her vast knowledge makes her an authority in addressing tasks ranging from portfolio evaluation and market research to report generation and organization.

Outside of work, Michelle’s greatest passion is her family, especially her grandson, Ryan. She and her husband John live in Middletown, New Jersey. They have three grown children, Donna, Deanna and John.
